Katherine Achilli

Katie is a junior majoring in Creative Writing and a minor in Journalism at Franklin Pierce University. She loves working with dogs, and wants to work with them as a career, along with hopes of becoming a famous writer and/or a notable journalist. Along with her love for writing, she loves punk rock, tattoos, and vintage pinup girls.

Jeremy Korth is a freshman who spends his free time fencing, reading, writing, acting, and composing. He plans on Majoring in European History and Political Science while minoring in Public History and creating a Minor in Religious Studies.

Heather Brown

Heather Brown is a junior at Franklin Pierce University majoring in English with minors in business and philosophy. She enjoys spending time with friends and hopes to land a great career in the publishing business. She enjoys astrology and was inspired enough to write a poem about it.

Sandra Messina

Sandra Messina is the Administrative Assistant for Health Services and Outreach Education at Franklin Pierce University. She has always had an interest in art and photography which is currently one her main hobbies. Self-taught in Photoshop, she likes to transform every day photos into ones that make the viewer *feel* more than one sees in reality.

Rachel Carmody

Rachel is a junior year with an English major (Lit and Writing tracks), philosophy and political science minors and a certificate in women in leadership. Serves as Reality Check assistant director, works as a writing tutor, and volunteers for Kitty Rescue--because kitties are awesome.

Michael Ulloa

Mike Ulloa is a sophomore mathematics major at Franklin Pierce University. When he’s not writing or thinking about the deeper questions in life, he enjoys working on his computers, cars and technology. He writes under the pen name Michael Sky.

Eric Riley

Eric Riley is a sophomore from New York, currently studying English at Franklin Pierce University, concentrating on Creative Writing. He spends most of his time and energy on writing, singing, and photography. In his free time, he will most likely be focused on a book, either reading or writing, or attempting something ridiculous and new to see if he can do it.

Charles Caulkins

Charles is a freshman student living on campus of Franklin Pierce University. His passion for video games and literature stemmed out into fantasy novels, and has enjoyed reading works by Terry Brooks, Brandon Sanderson, and Piers Anthony, among other authors. He plans to major in English Writing (with a minor in Philosophy) and enjoys doing writing activities to better his imagination, such as NaNoWriMo.

Caitlin Carroll

Is one of the two Caitlin Carroll seniors on campus. This Caitlin Carroll is an avid fan of morning cartoons, Disney movies, and-- the misfortune of everyone in hearing distance—talking incessantly. She also, like the rest of the Nevermore staff, spends any free time writing or reading.

Jessica Singelais

Jessica Singelais is a senior English major graduating in May 2011 with a Woman in Leadership certification from Franklin Pierce University. She intends to study law and eventually prosecute domestic violence cases. She enjoys swing dance and tea when she is not working at Margarita's in Keene.

Daniel Farrell

He will be transferring to Keene State College next semester to continue his affinity with writing and will be picking up Journalism for a double major. In his lack of free time he tries to keep up with P90X and sleep. He is also working on a memoir and has big dreams of having it and another fiction novel published.

Nathaniel Gowen

Nate is a freshman this year, making this his first semester working with Nevermore. He plans on going into a double major in English (writing concentration) and Music (professional concentration). When not working on those studies, Nate also spends a lot of time working with the Honors Program and as an actor/helping hand in the theater department.

Evan Williams

Evan is a junior music major in the honors program.  This is his first semester at Franklin Pierce after transferring from New York State.  He is especially interested in music composition, creative writing and theatre.

Rachel Lofgren

When the fantabulous Rachel Lofgren was born in Boston, her parents had no idea what they had brought into the world. From a young age Rachel was a vivacious reader, often falling asleep with books in her bed. And when the books could no longer hold all of Rachel’s imagination, she found the art of writing. Now a freshman at Franklin Pierce University, (with a major in English with a concentration in Creative Writing, and with a minor in Environmental Science) Rachel is a published and award-winning author (Okay, so only one each, but who’s really counting?). She hopes you enjoy her works!
